Meet our Physiotherapist Nicola Trinder
Nicola is originally from the UK and moved to Perth just over two years ago. She has always been interested in exercise and rehabilitation and gained a first class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the prestigious Loughborough University. She then went on to complete her accelerated Physiotherapy degree in at Kings College London (2007) and subsequently completed her Masters in 2017, resulting in publication of her research paper earlier this year.
Nicola also has post-graduate training in Pilates matwork and dry needling/acupuncture. She has gained a variety of experience working in the National Health Service, military and private sectors in the UK. Her areas of interest include overuse injuries, chronic symptoms and tendon problems. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their personal goals and tailoring treatment to their individual needs.
Nicola has a strong sporting background having played tennis to an international level. Outside of work she is a mum of a toddler and enjoys getting to the beach, going for bike rides and catching up with friends.
