Karolina is a Physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor with a deep-rooted passion for holistic well-being. She graduated with first-class honors from the School of Physiotherapy at Curtin University in 2009, marking the beginning of her remarkable journey in the world of health and wellness.

During her time at university, Karolina discovered her love for Pilates. Her enthusiasm for this mind-body discipline led her to teach group Pilates classes, where she witnessed the transformative power of Pilates firsthand. This ignited her dedication to helping others through the practice of Pilates, which she believes complements physiotherapy beautifully.

Karolina’s commitment to Pilates is reflected in her extensive training in various Pilates methods, including Art of Motion, Pilates International, Stott, and Polestar. In 2012, she completed her Diploma of Professional Pilates with Polestar Pilates Australia, a testament to her expertise in the field. Today, Karolina also serves as an Educator for Polestar, sharing her knowledge and passion by teaching aspiring Pilates instructors in Perth.

Areas of Interest include;

  • Vestibular Rehabilitation: Assessing and treating dizziness and vertigo, bringing balance and stability back to her patients’ lives.
  • Scoliosis: Karolina offers care for children, teenagers, and adults dealing with scoliosis, aiming to improve spinal health and overall well-being.
  • Dry Needling: Proficient in this technique, she effectively alleviates muscle tension, pain, and trigger points, promoting pain relief and muscle relaxation.
  • Pelvic Girdle Pain: Karolina focuses on treating sacroiliac joint pain and dysfunction, enhancing pelvic stability and function.
  • Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Pain: She provides relief for jaw pain and clicking through targeted interventions.

Outside of her professional life, Karolina embraces an active and vibrant lifestyle. She enjoys exploring the diverse cafe culture for breakfast, indulging her passion for running and aerial silks. Notably, Karolina achieved a significant milestone by completing her first marathon in 2013, followed by the 2017 Busselton Half Ironman and the 2017 New York Marathon.
