Mat / Group Exercise in South Perth or Como

Mat/group sessions are similar to Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation, however as participants become more experienced in their rehabilitation, they may opt to become part of a larger group. These groups have a maximum of six participants in the session. Discuss with your physiotherapist when/if you are able to transition to mat/group exercise.

Mat classes use mainly floor work and small equipment (hand weights, balls, Pilates rings, etc) to assist you to build and maintain strength, endurance, conditioning and stability. These sessions are less closely supervised than our Clinical Exercise rehabilitation sessions to help you progress back to self management, or to better maintain your progress.
